Challenge: The University of Arkansas nursing department faced a significant training hurdle – engaging nursing students in effectively conducting fall assessments with reluctant elders. 
Solution: Our team devised a training video that simulated a real-life scenario involving fall assessments with an elderly individual. This video not only showcased the practical steps of the assessment but also provided guidance on fostering empathy and communication with reluctant elders. By combining expert knowledge with innovative video techniques, we enabled nursing students to develop essential skills and effectively engage with patients during fall assessments.
