Problem:
Tyson Foods, one of the world’s largest food companies, sought to extend its financial literacy initiative to its frontline workforce of 80,000 U.S.-based employees—targeting training specifically to immigrant and refugee audiences. The challenge was to enhance and adapt their in-person eight-week financial literacy course into a mobile-based delivery for 14 language bases..

Accessibility: Catered to English-additional and diverse language learners with a comprehensive glossary using innovative "click to trigger" modal pop-ups.
Deployment: Utilized Tyson's in-house learning LMS, integrating Articulate modules.
Beta Testing: Incorporated feedback from test groups in three rounds for iterative improvements.
